Hello!

I am currently a senior physics and music double degree candidate at Carnegie Mellon University. I started off my studies in Clarinet Performance, but gradually starting adding enough classes from the technical departments to be eligible for a B.S. in Physics. Due to my background, I find interdisciplinary projects particularly captivating. I see societies not as dividing labor amongst individuals, but rather as a collaboration of numerous skill sets. I see the world not as adhering to the perceived constraints of the academic major, but rather as a place to transcend these divided categories. New research and technology mean innovation, which is as much creative as it is technical. This realization is what makes science and technology fascinating to me, and ultimately what lead me to decide to pursue a technical yet creatively- inspired career.
